Karina has delivered training programs for new judges and has conducted in region workshops on ‘How to Write a Winning Tourism Award Submission’. In addition, Karina has provided formal mock judging services for New South Wales and Northern Territory entrants. She has written and enhanced a number of winning submissions at Australian, New South Wales and regional levels.
